Member of the Month: Youssef

Congratulations to Youssef Taiba for becoming the C-Life December 2019 member of the month. Youssef has been a loyal member of the Health Club for 4 years, and has gone on to lose 25 kilograms.

Youssef shares his experience on how training at C-Life has changed his life for the better.

How long have you been training at C-life?

I have been training at C-Life for 4 years and am now a loyal VIP member.

What changes have you made to live a healthier lifestyle?

Eating healthier including foods such as grilled chicken, green vegetables and brown rice and reducing my carbohydrate intake.

If you could listen to one song on repeat what would it be?

The Box by Roddy Ricch because it motivates me during weight training.

What are your fitness goals for the next 6-12 months?

My goal for the next 6-12 months is to lose more weight and get to 80 Kilograms.

What would your WOD consist of?

My workout of the day would consist of the following exercises:

  1. Flat barbell bench press
  2. Sit-ups
  3. Standing Bicep curls

What advice would you give to a new person starting at C-Life?
