Interesting Fact: I’ve lost over 25kg and now can Hip Thrust over double my bodyweight.

Interesting Fact: I have a fear of heights, but I chose to face my fear and went sky diving.

JORDAN
Qualifications: Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sport Science), ASCA Strength & Conditioning Level One.

Specialties: Athletic development, Injury Prevention and Recovery, Starting Strength, Back Pain.

Interesting Fact: I’ve worked for the Bulldogs, Waratahs and Sydney and Uni as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

MARK
Qualifications: Bachelor of Exercise Health Science, Certificate III & IV in Health & Fitness.

Interesting Fact: I’m the holder of national gold medals in rowing and cross country running.

Specialties: Metcon & HIIT training, Sports specific training, Rehabilitation & mobility programs, Weight loss & Fat loss programs, Muscle & Weight gain programs.

Interesting Fact: Played 6 years each of grade and shires cricket, captaining 5 years at Western suburbs.

Specialties: Body Recomposition Specialist, Muscle Gain, Fat Loss, Group Circuit Training, Group Strength & Conditioning.

Interesting Fact: 6-1, 6-0, 6-3 that’s the score card when I beat Prince in tennis!

STEVE
Qualifications: Certificate III & IV Personal Training, Level III Group Fitness, Level II Australian Amateur Boxing Coach, Level I Strength & Conditioning, Metabolic Conditioning.

Specialties: Boxing Fitness, Boxing Gym to Ring, Functional Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Weight Loss, Body Toning.

Interesting Fact: Reaction is faster than action. I learned this the hard way from my former boxing coach, who told me he would wait for me to throw a jab first before he would throw one back. He got me 10 times out of 10.

Qualifications: Bachelor  of Sports Coaching (Strength & Conditioning).

Specialties: Fat loss, hypertrophy/strength based training, functional training, lower back strength work.

Interesting Fact: I have worked as a personal trainer at Vision Personal Training Studio and as a strength and conditioning coach at Newington College.

ZAK
Qualifications: Certificate III in Fitness, Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. 

Specialties: Strength Training, Muscular Hypertrophy Training, Sport Specific Training, Mobility Development,  Rehabilitation Conditioning.

Interesting Fact: I like to maintain an active lifestyle by playing competitive sports such as Soccer, Oztag and Kickboxing.

MARIANA
Qualifications: Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise Science), Graduate Diploma in Public Health, Classical Pilates certified.
