  1. Tell us about your role at C-LIFE, how long have you been here for, and what is your favourite part of your job?

My role at C-life is working both on the gym floor and at reception. I get to interact with members, doing Bio Scans and exercise programs as well as welcoming members into the gym.

After working in the Bakehouse, I transferred across to C-Life 2 months ago. My favourite part of the job is being able to help new gym goers and interacting with our wonderful members.

  1. You’re currently completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science. What has led you to choose a this as a career path?

I’ve always been active, so I felt it was right for me to choose a degree in which interests me most. I wanted to learn more about the physiological response to exercise and how we can improve our health through different modes of movement.

  1. What advice would you give to a someone starting an exercise program for the first time?

There is support available to you to get started, don’t be afraid to ask for help when unsure. We’ve all been new at something; the gratification comes from trying and making progress.

  1. What are your current exercise goals?

My current exercise goals are to put on a bit more size in my upper body as well as training my lower body to be strong and efficient for the sports I play.

  1. How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Outside of work I like to play soccer, Oz tag and train in kickboxing.

  1. If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It would be a Mexicana pizza from Bexley North Pizza Inn.
