  1. You have been a member of C-Life Health Club since 2015. What have you valued most while training at C-Life?

What I have valued the most whilst being a member at C-Life is the long-time friends I have made that share a similar passion in training.

  1. You sustained an injury last year and have come a long way since. Can you tell us about it and your road to recovery?

I sustained a painful ankle injury from basketball last year with some ligament tearing. The road to recovery involved regular physiotherapy and rehab training with Sid. After around 6-8 weeks, I was back to playing as normal.

  1. What does your current workout consist of?

My current workout plan consists of a regular Push, Pull and Legs exercise split.

  1. How does exercise benefit your life outside of the gym?

Exercise helps better my self-confidence. I was once very shy and was constantly worried about my appearance but once I began weight training, my confidence and self-esteem improved dramatically.

  1. What advice would you give to someone just starting out their exercise journey?

The advice I would give is that patience and consistency is key. As long as you follow those two things, you will get to where you want to be and achieve your fitness goals. Rome was not built in a day.
