How long have you been a member of C-Life?
I have been training at C-life since it was opened and was a member of Choppers prior to this, so it has been a very long time.
Please tell us a little about your current training
I train 5 days a week with mostly weights and occasionally cardio
What is your favourite type of exercise?
Weight training with super-setting
What is your favourite meal?
BBQ lamb cutlets and sushi.
Outside of gym, how do you like to spend your time?
With friends and family, church and love my gardening.
What are your fitness goals and what are you looking to achieve?
Consistently training is a big part of my life as it provides my body with fitness and strength.
Why have you been a member at C-life for many years, can you please tell us why you continue to visit our wonderful club?
After all these years, not only do I enjoy attending C-life for my training, but you also become part of a community with many friendships made along the way. I also really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. I have personally seen C-Life grow from strength to strength over the years and I feel quite blessed to have been part of the journey. One thing that I have noticed over the years is that C-life has grown from generation to generation as not only am I taking care of my own fitness, but now my son and his girlfriend have been attending C-Life for quite a few years, also which as a father is very encouraging.
