How long have you been a member at C-Life and did somebody introduce you to C-Life?
I’ve been a C-Life member for 9 years, joining in 2014. I was introduced by a friend I went to high school with, and we initially did spin and boxing classes.
Why do you enjoy attending C-Life?
It’s like my second home- I love walking in and chatting to the staff. I also love that there are so many options from using weights and machines, to jumping into classes such as Reformer Pilates.
What’s your favourite type of exercise?
This changes a lot. My favourite type of exercise is to play touch football or netball, and the work I do in the gym is to make sure I can do it well.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
I love everything sport from playing touch footy and netball, to watching it and supporting the Canterbury Bulldogs and Collingwood Magpies.
What are your fitness goals and what are you looking to achieve?
My goals are to stay fit, healthy, and strong so I can keep improving at touch football and netball. I also want to be strong and healthy as I get older.
You have been training with C-Life Personal Trainer Noor for a period. Can you describe how Noor has improved your physical health?
Noor is the absolute best personal trainer. We’ve trained together for 8 years, and he has helped me achieve some weight loss goals, help me recover from various injuries and keeping me strong, fit and fast so I can play sport. I don’t know what life would be like without my one hour a week PT session with Noor.
What is your favourite cheat meal?
Chocolate (particularly Lindt) – if I could, I’d have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
