How long have you been a member at C-Life?
First walked in exactly twenty years ago. In those days the gym was upstairs, and most of the guys I trained with back then are still around today!
Please tell us a little about your current training
I like to add variety to weights sessions with cardio training along with some calisthenics. I feel that mixing things up keeps me motivated and consistent.
What’s your favourite type of exercise?
Squats. It’s a love-hate relationship because they are so taxing on the body yet feels so rewarding once completed. If I’m sore the next day, I know I’ve put in a good effort.
What is your favourite meal?
I try to eat clean as much as possible, but dark chocolate is my vice. 3 rows after dinner…without fail.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
WWE wrestling allows me to escape reality. The athleticism is incredible. The entertainment and fan engagement is awesome. If I had my time over, I would have become a pro wrestler.
What are your fitness goals and what are you looking to achieve?
Simply to stay fit and healthy. I feel that if my training routine is maintained, everything else in life seems to fall into place.
Why have you been a member of C-life for many years, can you please tell us why you continue to visit our wonderful club?
C-Life has kept the very relaxed vibe it always had. Staff are always happy, and I think that plays an important role. I would never leave C-Life.
