Congratulations to Mamouto Maaliki, C-Life’s October Member of the Month. Mamouto has been coming to C-Life for almost 12 years.
He has accomplished a lot since joining the C-Life family and shares his experience with us.
What do you love most about training at C-Life?
I love the culture and the benefit of being in a health-focused environment; and also, the ability help others and be part of their journey.
How many times a week do you train?
5 times a week.
Tell us about your fitness journey and how exercise has changed your life?
I have always been a health enthusiast and believe that being fit is an essential part of having a happy and healthy lifestyle. Exercise helps me organise and prioritise what is important in my life; it also helps me have a clear stress-free mind and soul.
What motivates you to keep training?
I do it because I love it.
What’s your biggest achievement since joining C-Life?
I have lost weight, my body shape has changed dramatically, I am stronger, I have met new friends and I have learnt many new training techniques and skills.
I would like to keep on improving and share my experiences with others.
What advice would you offer for new C-Lifers?
Definitely give it a go if you have a passion for health and exercise.
What do you do outside of the gym?
NPL Footballer, NPL Football Coach and Martial Artist.
What is your favourite post workout meal?
Chicken with roasted vegetables or seafood.
