Tell us about your role at C-LIFE and what is your favourite part of your job?
I’ve been a Personal Trainer at C-life for 10 years and my favourite part of the job is helping individuals achieve their health goals.
How did you get into the health and fitness industry?
I’ve always been a healthy and fit individual, very early on I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer.
What motivates you to be healthy and active?
Consistently showing my clients it is all about balance and showing up every time.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Making pizza and travelling.
What is your favourite post-workout meal?
I don’t have a particular one.
What is your favourite form of exercise?
It must be the bicep curl!
What advice can you give to those who are just starting exercise or starting to get back into exercise?
Don’t compare your day one to someone else and find the real purpose to why you like to be in shape. Focus on all aspect of health.
What made you decide to be a PT?
To help people stay in shape and become the best version of themselves.
