If you want to get in the best shape of your life, the first step is asking for help. Whether you have short or long-term objectives, a session with our passionate personal trainers will inspire, challenge and motivate you to achieve your goals.

Noor has been part of the C-Life family as a personal trainer for almost seven years. Noor specialises in body composition, muscle gain, fat loss, group circuit training, group strength and conditioning.

We asked him some questions so that you can get to know him better.

Tell us about your position at C-Life and what is your favourite part of your job?

As a Personal Trainer, I love that I am in a position to challenge people to achieve what they’ve never thought was possible and it’s rewarding to know that I can help people change their lives for the better.

When did you realise you wanted to get into health and fitness?

Initially my career path was going to be different, but after falling in love with the gym and weight training, I knew this was the industry that I wanted to be working in. I signed up to complete my fitness studies and I’ve never looked back.

What can a client expect when they sign up to train with you?

Clients can expect a professional approach with customised programming, ongoing support and constant motivation. My end goal is to always make sure clients achieve their goals (I’m not as mean as people think! Haha).

If you weren’t a personal trainer, what would you be up to right now?

I would continue to study further in the hopes of finishing a PhD.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

As cliché as it sounds – if you enjoy what you are doing, you will never work a day in your life.

What are your goals for 2021?

I want to continue to get the best out of my clients and help them to not only achieve their goals, but to smash them!

You also went to school with Prince and Arthur was your P.E teacher. How is it working with them both?

I’m very fortunate to be working with great friends and I couldn’t ask for a better working environment.

What did you want to grow up to be when you were a kid?

From a young age I was always into competitive sports, especially cricket. I wanted to be a professional cricketer.

What’s your most annoying habit?

I am not scared to admit that I have many annoying habits, but I think a lot people can agree that the constant barrage of banter that I deliver on the daily can get very irritating.

When you are not working, what do you like doing on your days off?

Going to the beach, cooking and watching Netflix.

You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?

I know I am going to get roasted for this, but I would pick anything Justin Bieber.
