1. What inspired you to start your fitness journey at our gym, and how has your experience been so far?

I started my gym journey just before COVID-19 began. My sister was trying to inspire me to start, but I was reluctant to step foot into any gym. At 42 I decided to give it a try- and so far, my experience at C-Life has been nothing less than great! The trainers here are really experienced and I personally train with Noor twice a week. I have seen some amazing results since.

 2. What specific goals have you been working towards, and how have you seen yourself progress since joining?

My specific goals were to lose some weight and gain muscle. I am very happy with my progress so far and am surprised at what a difference muscle can make to the shape of your body.

 3. How do you stay motivated on the days when you don’t feel like working out?

Staying motivated can be difficult sometimes. My trainer Noor really motivates me to push those extra reps out- and I never regret it. It is this feeling that I chase, that keeps me motivated to step back into the gym and give it my all again!

4. What’s your go-to song or playlist that gets you pumped during a workout?

My playlist usually consists of old school R’N’B with favourites like Snoop, Usher and Chris Brown. I also like 2000’s music and some EDM music from Calvin Harris.
