Active Kids - C-Life Health Club

WHAT IS ACTIVE KIDS?

The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program. The Active Kids program provides 2 x $50 vouchers for parents, guardians and carers of school enrolled children to use towards sport and active recreation costs each year. The vouchers will be available to claim at the beginning of term 1 & term 3 of each school year

WHO CAN CLAIM THE ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER?

C-Life is a registered provider of the Active Kids program for school aged teenagers between 15-18 years of age. To redeem the voucher at C-Life you will need to become a junior member at Canterbury League club at the cost of $4.50 per year.

HOW LONG ARE VOUCHERS VALID FOR?

Parent/guardians can apply for an Active Kids voucher at the beginning of the below NSW School Calendar year:

Term 1
Term 3

HOW TO APPLY FOR AND REDEEM VOUCHERS

1. Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to you Service NSW account. Complete an Active Kids application through your service NSW account.
2. You will then receive a unique 16 digits ID number for each child you register (available to download, print or email).
3. Redeem your voucher. Bring your voucher to C-Life and choose one of the 2 ACTIVE KIDS membership options.

RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Active Kids memberships that upgrade to a C-Life Junior Direct Debit or Standard Fortnightly memberships will receive:
• No administration fees
• No pro-rata

Debits commence on the next C-Life debit date.

Active Kids memberships that upgrade to a C-Life 6 month or 12 month upfront membership will receive:
• No administration fees
