STAFF SPOTLIGHT: ZOE
- You’ve just completed a Master’s of Exercise Physiology. Congratulations! What has led you to choose this as a career path?
My interest in Exercise Physiology grew as I learned how important exercise is in preventing and managing chronic diseases. I was drawn to its potential to improve quality of life and knew this field would allow me to make a meaningful impact on others’ health.
- Tell us about your role at C-LIFE, how long have you been here for, and what is your favourite part of your job?
I’ve been at C-Life for nearly 3 years now, working in reception mainly. My favourite part is chatting will our members, meeting new people and working with my sister Lara.
- What advice would you give to a someone starting an exercise program for the first time?
Start slowly and choose activities you enjoy to make your program fun. Set realistic short-term goals to maintain motivation towards your long-term ones.

- How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I play football semi-professionally.
- If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Easy, hot chips!
