Why will I benefit?

HIIT aims to improve endurance, agility, and fitness. Science has shown that high-intensity interval training composed of maximal intensity short bursts of effort followed by rest is the most effective way to improve a wide range of fitness components.

What do I need?

Towel and drink bottle.
