No two classes are the same. C-Life’s own version of CrossFit, this class will take you through a high-intensity workout that challenges you through varied time bands and exercise drills. Be prepared to feel the burn through weightlifting, kettlebells, plyometrics, bodyweight and aerobic exercises.
