A high-intensity interval training workout based developed by Izumi Tabata Ph.D. at the National Institute of Sport in Tokyo, this is where fitness and science collide. You will work intensely through bodyweight exercises for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between sets.
Proven to be the most efficient and effective way to increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness and burn fat, burning more energy than traditional cardio.
