BodySTEP is a high energy body weight Group Exercise class developed by Les Mills, combining high energy aerobic movements on a height adjustable step platform.
In a BodySTEP workout, you can engage in upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs and butt. Expect – a fun, uplifting, full-body workout.
Our C-Life instructors will coach you through the workout, as they play invigorating music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
