Join Our FREE 6-Week Outdoor Bootcamp
C-Life will be holding a 6-week outdoor bootcamp at Belmore Sportsground aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness through weekly ‘Bronco’ running drills. From 13 May – June 17, members can meet at C-Life reception 5.45pm to walk across to Belmore Sports Ground – Outer or meet the team at the venue for a 6pm start.
The sessions will be 45 minutes in duration, with a warmup, mobility and running drills, the ‘Bronco’ run test, and to finish off a cooldown and walk back to Canterbury. Steve and Chase will be head coaches, putting members through their paces.
Each week, members will record their results and aim to improve their time. The session will be challenging, but it is up to the individual how hard they want to push through.
The bootcamp is FREE to C-Life members and open to all levels, provided they have no current injuries, illness or contraindicated conditions. All attendees must register at C-Life reception and complete a registration form if they wish to attend any of the sessions.
