Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting out, Zumba® is perfect for everybody and everybody. Led by our dynamic group fitness instructor Shiela, each class is designed to bring the community together for a fun, energising workout that feels more like a party than exercise.
Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout by blending low- and high-intensity dance moves into a calorie-burning, interval-style fitness session. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realise how hard you’re working!
And while it’s fun, it’s also seriously effective! Expect a full body burn that improves your cardio endurance, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility. Plus, you’ll leave every session buzzing with energy and good vibes.
