Gordon says thank you to the C-Life team!

Long-time C-Life member Gordon S has recently faced some personal hardships, and he’s taken a moment to extend his heartfelt thanks to the C-Life team for their unwavering support during this challenging time.
In January 2025, Gordon experienced the most profound loss of his life – the passing of his beloved wife after 62 years together. During her funeral and cremation, he was surrounded by the comforting presence of many C-Life team members, for which he is deeply grateful. In addition to his grief, Gordon also faced recent medical challenges, which he has successfully overcome. He shares that the support and kindness of the C-Life team have made a significant difference in helping him navigate this difficult chapter.
For Gordon, training at C-Life has become more than just a fitness routine. It’s been a sanctuary – a space to clear his mind, focus on himself, and take steps forward. He’s formed meaningful bonds with many of our team members, including his PT Steve, who he now considers a friend, Leedia who has earned the affectionate nickname “mother hen” for her nurturing presence and Rebecca who he fondly refers to as his “little sister.”
Gordon, reaching out to C-Life to extend his heartfelt thanks, highlights the power of community and the real strength that comes from feeling seen, supported, and connected. “At C-Life, we pride ourselves on being more than just a fitness centre – we’re a close-knit community that lifts each other up, especially when life gets tough” says Arthur Siambis.
