Q1. What’s a goal you’re working on right now that future-you will be proud of?

Maintaining a strong level of fitness and prioritising my health throughout my pregnancy is something I’m really focused on right now. Working with Angela has been amazing- she’s helped me adjust my training safely through the different stages, ensuring I can stay active and feel good both physically and mentally. I know that putting this effort in now will pay off long-term, and future me will be proud of staying consistent and looking after my body during such an important time.

Q2. What’s one small habit that’s made the biggest difference to your training lately?

Consistency has been the game-changer for me. Even on days when I don’t feel like training, I make it a point to show up and get something done. I aim for 2-3 sessions a week, balancing strengthening exercises with cardio, and it’s made a huge difference to how I feel overall. Having a clear routine or plan to follow also helps – I don’t have to overthink what to do, which makes it much easier to actually stick to it.

Q3. What’s a gym moment you’ll never forget – funny, embarrassing, epic, or wholesome? Tell us the story.

One Pilates Reformer session really sticks out! There was an exercise where you had to stand on the machine, and I thought, ‘I’ve got this.’ Well… I didn’t. I ended up completely stacking it in front of the whole class! Everyone laughed (including me), and the instructor was super supportive. It was embarrassing at the time, but looking back it’s just one of those moments that makes going to the gym so fun – full of laughs, challenges, and learning experiences.
