How long have you been a member at C-Life?
I have been a member at C-Life since the 16th of November 2011 and visit between 3-5 times per week.
What’s your current training split?
I work around a variety of circuit-based Push and Pull exercises; high concentration of legs workouts and I participate in high intensity interval training workouts on a regular basis.
Do you have a favourite exercise?
Lateral raises with either dumbbells or cables
What’s your go-to post workout meal?
I try and eat clean so I would say grilled salmon with broccoli and rice.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
Going to the beach or remaining active and going for a run.
What do you think it means to be a C-Life member?
C-Life is a great facility but that is not the main attraction for me. I have made many lifelong friendships at C-Life and the community that C-Life provides is what keeps me coming back and is second to no other facility I have visited or trained at!
What’s your top 3 songs in your workout play list?
I like a variety of alternative music types and I listen to the top pop songs on a shuffle.
