How long have you been a member at C-Life and how often do you visit C-Life?
I have been a C-Life member since the 10th of May 2004, which makes me a 19-year C-Life veteran.
Why do you enjoy attending C-Life?
It is a great place to keep healthy and fit. The staff and members are great people and I enjoy the social aspect of visiting C-Life. I have friends that I interact with and communicate with on every visit to C-Life.
What’s your favourite type of exercise or exercise class?
I enjoy both Mat Pilates and Yoga and I participate in these types of programs as often as I can. In addition, I enjoy spending time on the main floor, especially working out on any of the treadmills.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
I enjoy catching up with both family and my friends. I also love shopping and gardening.
What are your fitness goals and what are you looking to achieve?
I am now 80 years old. My goals are to stay mobile, improve my balance and continue to increase my strength.
What is your favourite cheat meal?
Pancakes with maple syrup and cream.
