How often do you train, and what’s your favourite type of workout?
I train for at least 10 hours a week – I like to keep things varied! That includes around 4 hours of weight training and 6 hours of classes like Pump, Body Attack, HIIT, Boxing (twice a week), and Spin (twice a week). There’s never a dull moment!

What’s been your biggest achievement since joining the gym?

My fitness and strength have come a long way since joining, which I’m super proud of. But just as importantly, I’ve made amazing friendships along the way – C-Life has become more than just a gym for me.

How has training impacted your life, big or small?

Training at C-Life has been a game-changer. The atmosphere is always positive, the space is well-equipped, and the staff and members are incredibly supportive. It’s honestly a pleasure to train here – and I plan to keep going for decades to come!

How has C-Life evolved since you first joined when it first opened?

When I first joined, the gym was located upstairs, and classes were spread across different floors of the building. A few years later, the gym was relocated downstairs in what used to be the club’s bistro – bringing all facilities into one unified space.

Since then, C-Life has grown significantly. There are more classes on offer, more PTs and staff on hand available to support members. Another fantastic addition is the Women’s Only section, which offers a more comfortable and private space for women who prefer to train separately.
