How long have you been a member at C-Life?
I am a long-term member having joined the club in 2007 when the gym was located upstairs next to the squash courts. The facility was a lot smaller back then to what it has become today.
What’s your favourite Group Fitness class?
At the moment I am loving the Reformer Pilate Class. It has built my strength and flexibility. I also enjoy Blitz and Spin!
What’s your favourite post-gym workout meal?
I attempt to eat quickly after my workouts, and my favourite meal is pasta!
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
Walking my dog Archie and enjoying time out with friends and family.
What fitness goals do you want to achieve?
My goals are to build more muscle mass, improve my strength and reduce body fat.
Give someone a good reason to workout today?
If I was to give only one reason for why someone should workout, it would be for good mental health. Exercise is proven to have a positive impact on mental health therefore I recommend exercise for everybody.
