1. What’s your favourite exercise?
My all-time favourite exercise are squats! There’s something about them that just feels so empowering working those legs and glutes, and pushing myself with each rep.
2. What’s one fitness goal you’re working towards, and how are you staying on track to achieve it?
Right now, my main goal is to achieve bigger, stronger glutes. I see Noor, my personal trainer, twice a week, and his support has been invaluable. His dedication, motivation, and expertise really keep me on track and inspired to push through every session.
With his help, I’m making steady progress and staying motivated to crush my goals!
3. How has being a part of the C-Life community helped you grow, not just physically, but mentally as well?
Being part of the C-Life community has been such a game changer for me. It’s way more than just a gym – it’s a space filled with positivity, support, and encouragement.
Arthur and Mark, along with their amazing team, are always so welcoming and accommodating. The people, the atmosphere, it all makes me feel like I’m constantly growing and becoming stronger.
4. If you could design your ideal workout playlist, what songs or genres would you include to keep you energised?
I like a mix of 90’s and 00’s hits along with some remixed house tracks. It keeps me focused and in the zone.
