How long have you been a member of C-Life?
I’ve been a Member for the last 6-7 years.
What is your biggest achievement since joining C-Life?
Maintaining a physical appearance that I’m happy with.
With five kids and your own business, how do you find the time and motivation to train consistently?
I’m lucky to be running my own business – although I do have a busy life, I always make time to train. I ensure it doesn’t interfere with my family time by squeezing in an early morning training session before work or during my lunch break.
You’ve been training with Joey for the last few years. What would you say are the benefits of having a personal trainer?
A good personal trainer will push you beyond your limits and make you to do things you think you can’t do. Joey is awesome at pushing me to be my best; my fitness levels certainly have improved heaps since training with him.
What’s your favourite exercise in the gym and why?
Definitely chest. I find it my strongest body part and I can push a lot more than other body parts.
What do you do when you are not training at C-Life?
I enjoy outdoor activities such as bike riding, long walks and running.
If you could listen to one song on repeat when training, what would it be?
When I’m training, I like listening to Skitzmiz; they put together the best songs to keep you going and motivated.
What are your health & fitness goals for the next 12 months?
To tone up more and get fitter.
