Q.1 Tell us a little about yourself and how long you’ve been training at our gym

I thought I was going to spend the morning at the aquarium, but it turned out to be a gym so tried it out and have been coming back for years! I’m a mother of 3 gorgeous kids which takes up most of my time outside the gym.

Q.2 If you could suddenly master one gym movement overnight what would it be and why?

The ability to get through an entire workout without talking – maximum efficiency and minimal social cardio. But on a more serious note, I’ve always wanted to be able to do pull ups. I hope my trainer Nick is reading this…

Q.3 Since joining C-Life what is the one achievement or ‘win’, big or small, that you are most proud of?

Starting the woman’s social club after every workout at the Bakehouse Cafe. I can honestly say I have met the most amazing bunch of strong, funny and entertaining women that I know I will continue to have a friendship with for years to come. No matter what day we all have ahead, we always start with a great workout, laugh and coffee. It’s an affordable therapy session.

On a personal level, a recent InBody scan showed my highest muscle mass in eight years. I’m feeling stronger and more capable, setting myself up for the future when everyday tasks will be easier.

Q.4 Outside of the gym, what is a hobby or skill you have that most people here would be surprised to learn about?

Bold of you to assume I have hobbies outside the gym. Honestly the gym is my hobby.
