What/Who motivated you to start training at the gym?
What motivated me was the goals that I set for myself, which included to take better care of myself, and improve my physique, fitness, and overall health.
What’s your current training split?
Pull, legs, push.
Do you have a favourite exercise?
This normally changes but at the moment my favourite exercise is bench.
What’s your go-to post workout meal?
My go-to post workout meal is either chicken, rice and vegetables, or any lean protein with a complex carbohydrate, and vegetables.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
Outside the gym I’ll either work, study for university, or spend time with family and friends.
