How long have you been a member at C-Life and why do you enjoy visiting C-Life?
I have been a member for 5 years but never been consistent until now.
You are now training with C-Life Personal Trainer Noor, please tell us a little about your current training program and the sessions with Noor.
Noor is a machine and training with him has been painful 😊 He pushes me to the brink. We are training twice a week and focusing on full upper body one day and lower body the next.
You have a lost around 15kg in weight in about 12 weeks, please tell us a little about this journey.
That’s correct I have gone from close 98KG down to 82kg. I have been pushing myself and training minimum 4 to 5 days consistently.
It’s taken close to 16 weeks to lose the weight and I like training early in the morning, it really gives me the kick start I need for the day.
What’s your favourite type of exercise?
I enjoy all aspects of training but lately I have been getting into running which pushes me over the edge.
I know you love your food, what is your favourite cheat meal?
I don’t have a cheat meal as I love all food. Tough question this one – Maybe a Burger.
What is your favourite movie and why?
Another tough question as I enjoy most movies. Probably Braveheart.
Outside of the gym, how do you like to spend your time?
Spending time with my wife LOL.
