What keeps you consistent with your training, even on the days where motivation is low?

I like to start my day early, and heading to the gym has become a part of my routine that I genuinely look forward to. It’s my time to focus on myself, enjoy my workout, and recharge for the day ahead. Over time, I’ve made so many great friends here! C-Life is a friendly community, making it easy to stay motivated, even on the days when I might not feel like training.

What’s a small, everyday change you’ve made that’s had a big impact on your health or mindset?

Coming to the gym regularly has really inspired me to be more active throughout the day. I’ve started incorporating simple habits like going for walks in the park or along the beach, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and overall mindset. These small changes have become a natural part of my routine and make staying healthy feel achievable and enjoyable.

Which C-Life class or workout do you look forward to the most, and why?

The class I look forward to most is REVIVE, as it’s designed for my age group and has such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are skilled, supportive, and genuinely approachable, which makes every session enjoyable. I also really love the Belly Dancing class — it’s fun, lively, and the atmosphere is so positive. Being a dancer at heart, it’s the perfect way to combine fitness with something I truly enjoy.

From working at C-Life to now training here as a member, how have you seen C-Life grow and evolve over the years? What does it mean to you to still be part of the community today?

Since my time working at C-Life, I’ve noticed how much the gym has grown — not just in the number of members, but also in the variety of classes on offer. Classes like REVIVE have been fantastic for attracting more seniors, creating a welcoming space for everyone.

Being part of the community now as a member is special; it feels like a full-circle experience. I still see the same friendly faces, and the supportive atmosphere has only gotten stronger over the years, which makes training here enjoyable and meaningful.
