Q1. Tell us a little about yourself and your journey with at C-Life so far…

I’m a passionate Bulldogs fan having attends every Bulldogs game in Sydney this year. My favourite artists would be Pitbull and Rihanna. I love being active, trying to spend as much time doing as I can every day.

My journey with C-Life began two years ago when I was 16 and completely new to weightlifting. Thanks to the supportive community here, I’ve not only improved my technique and confidence in the gym, but I’ve also built friendships that make every training session one of the best parts of my day.

Q2. What’s a small daily habit (outside the gym) that makes a big difference to your wellbeing?

A small daily habit that makes a big difference for me is smiling and finding ways to brighten someone else’s day – whether it’s holding the door open or making someone laugh in conversation. Those little acts of kindness not only lift others but also keep me grounded and positive.

Q3. What’s the most unexpected skill or lesson you’ve gained from being consistent at the C-Life?

The most unexpected lesson I’ve learned is that there’s always room to grow and improve. When I first joined C-Life, I quickly realised how important proper form and technique are to training. With the guidance of the staff, I built a solid foundation and saw my training improve dramatically. That experience taught me a valuable life lesson: it never hurts to seek knowledge, and being open to learning is what drives real progress.

Q4. What has been the most valuable piece of fitness/well-being advice someone has given you so far?

The most valuable piece of fitness/well-being advice came from my good friend Harris who have taught me that a balance between intensity and fun is fundamental to a good training session.
