At C-Life, we’re more than just a gym – we’re a community that supports each other. This R U OK Day, we’re encouraging meaningful connections among our members. Whether it’s during a group class, a chat after a workout, or a check-in with a gym buddy, these moments can make all the difference.

R U OK? Start the conversation:

  1. Ask – Check in with care and let them know you’ve noticed a change.
  2. Listen – Give them your full attention. Don’t interrupt; just let them talk.
  3. Encourage – Suggest small steps like doing something they enjoy or seeing a professional.
  4. Check in – Follow up in a couple of weeks to show you’re still there for them.
    You could make a big difference just by asking.
