1.Tell us about your role at C-LIFE, how long have you been here for, and what is your favourite part of your job? 

At C-Life, I am a group fitness Instructor and I teach various classes from Les Mills Body Pump, REVIVE, Indoor cycling and Pilates.  I have been here around 18 years. My favourite part of my job is helping members, seeing them coming back and enjoying themselves in the class.

2. What was your favourite Group Exercise class to teach and why?

I do not have one favourite group exercise class. I enjoy them all because they are all varied.

They all offer many benefits from total body strength work out that will shape and tone all the major muscles, to improving cardiovascular fitness. Some group classes are also aimed at increasing endurance, stamina, speed, and power. I think in general, exercising to music and choreography makes the workout engaging and enjoyable whilst also improving posture, balance and coordination.

3. What advice would you give to a member wanting to try a group fitness class for the first time?
Don’t hesitate- just give it a go and have some fun!

4. How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Catching up with friends and watching a bit of Netflix.

5. If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

That would be too hard to choose, there is so much food out there!

6. What is your favourite movie and why?

I don’t have one.

7. Tell us something we do not know about you? 

I used to teach Body Combat and Body Step.
