Tell us about your role at C-LIFE and what is your favourite part of your job?
At C-Life I am a Gym Floor Attendant, which simply means I attend to any matters on the gym floor. My favourite part would definitely be meeting and getting to know all the great members.
How did you get into the health and fitness industry?
Through my sport of archery, I began working with a strength and conditioning trainer and ever since then I’ve been quite involved with the industry.
You have a background in the sport of Archery, please tell us a little about some of your achievements.
Some of my best achievement were winning 3 gold medals and 1 bronze medal at the Oceania Championships in 2018, and being the runner up to the 2018 Youth Olympic Games.
What’s your favourite exercise?
My favourite exercise would have to be Barbell Back-Squats.
What’s your Personal best in that exercise?
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work I’m either shooting or lounging around at home with my dogs and snake.
If you could be a superhero or celebrity, who would you be and why?
I would be iron man so that I’m super rich.
What advice can you give to those who are just starting exercise or starting to get back into exercise?
Find something that you genuinely love and enjoy about exercise and use that as a way to keep going for as long as possible.
What made you decide to be a PT?
After working at the archery centre in Olympic park, I found I really enjoyed helping people learn about something new and better themselves through physical activity.
