STAFF SPOTLIGHT: LEAH
Meet Leah – our newest PT bringing energy and expertise to C-Life! We asked her a few quick questions. Read her answers below:
Q1: What inspired you to become a PT?
I’ve always loved fitness, but what really inspired me was seeing how it can completely change someone’s confidence, energy, and overall happiness. I experienced that myself, and it made me want to help others feel the same. Being a PT lets me combine my passion for fitness with supporting people to achieve their goals and feel proud of what they have accomplished
Q2: What’s an underrated aspect of fitness people often overlook?
Recovery & nutrition. Everyone focuses on training hard, but rest, mobility, and proper nutrition are just as important. Without giving your body time to repair, recharge and refuel, progress slows down and injuries creep in.
Q.3 What’s your “guilty pleasure” rest day activity?
Definitely binge – watching Law & Order in my pjs with a fibre boost bar, and an ice long black in hand.
Q.4 What are you most looking forward to working as a PT here at C-Life?
I’m really looking forward to being part of such a wholesome and supportive community here at C-Life. I love the idea of helping members feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to train – whether they’re just starting out or chasing new goals. I’m also excited to create new friendships, bring my own energy, and create a fun and motivating environment.
