Meet Marisa, who has been part of the C-Life family for five years. You will see Marisa at Reception or on the gym floor training clients. Marisa specialises in female body transformation, female strength training, group training, and muscle gain and fat loss.
We asked her some questions so that you can get to know her better.
What made you get into health and fitness?
My interest in health and fitness came from my own journey of being an unfit and out-of-shape mum to getting into the best of shape of my life. I loved the positive effects that daily exercise and healthy eating had on my body and wanted to share the benefits with other women, especially mums so that they too can become the best version of themselves.
What do you love about working at C-Life?
I love the relaxed working environment, flexible hours, comfortable uniform and being surrounded by a positive community.
What can a client expect when they sign up to train with you?
Clients can expect a friendly, supportive, and personalised experience, with sessions tailored specific to their needs and aimed at helping them achieve their goals.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy going for walks and catching up with family or friends.

Setting goals inspires me to achieve and accomplish things that I never thought possible.
If you were stuck on an island, what three things would you bring?
An endless supply of coffee, my phone and access to Netflix.

What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I am usually catching up on sleep.
