Welcome to the C-Life Team! Tell us a little about your career path into personal training, health and fitness.
I’ve always been passionate about health, fitness and sports. I’ve worked with youth athletes as a Strength & Conditioning coach and have come across to C-Life from a personal training studio where I was working with an array of clients all focusing on different goals.
What 3 words would best describe you?
Respectful, passionate, cooperative.
What advice would you give to a someone starting an exercise program for the first time?
Don’t be afraid to ask any questions, especially if you’re a beginner. We all have to start somewhere. If you see me in the gym and are unsure of what you’re doing, I’m always up for a chat.
What are your current exercise goals?
Focussing on getting stronger, improving all round mobility and of course, continuing to build more muscle!
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Spending quality time with family and friends
If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Steak!
