Rebecca has been part of the C-Life family for 17 years. During her time with us, Rebecca has not only witnessed the growth of many C-life members but has also become good friends with them. In this month’s Staff Spotlight, Rebecca is sharing her C-Life experiences and her goals for future.

Tell us about your role at C-Life?

I am currently employed at C-Life on a permanent part-time basis as a reception/sales and administration attendant.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

To have witness C-Life growing from a small gym, that used to be located in our current squash court area, to the full-service Health Club that it is today. During this time, I have also witnessed many members who have made many changes to their lives through their devotion to their health and fitness.

Who is your inspiration and why?

Many of our members are my inspiration. Each day I see determination, consistency, and hard work. Many of these members have become my friends.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

My mother said, “nobody will hand you what you want, you must go after your dreams and believe in yourself”.

What are your fitness goals for 2022?

Not giving up, keeping focus on my fitness goals and been consistent with my training, no matter how life gets in the way. Regarding my food and social life, I believe “everything in moderation”.

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it?

Abundance: it comes in all forms, love, wealth, and happiness.

When you have a chance to travel overseas again, which country will you visit and why?

I would love to travel to France and especially Paris with my daughter to see the beautiful art and landmarks.

What hobbies are you involved with outside of work, and why do you enjoy them?

I enjoy keeping fit and exercising. You will see me at the gym on most days even when I am not working. Otherwise, I love my alone time, participating in activities that promote spiritual growth and working hard on becoming a better version of myself so I can be an even better role model for my daughter.

The zombie apocalypse is coming, which 3 staff from C-Life do you want on your team?

  • Noor – for his bravery and strength to protect others.
  • Mark – for his height, direction, and guidance.
  • Leedia – for her logic, brains, and common sense around strategies.
