Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a reformer machine – a bed-like machine that moves back and forth and features functionalities (ie. springs) to increase resistance as you work out.

What to expect from C-Life’s Reformer Pilates classes?
During the 50-minute class, you will be instructed to use the reformer bed for a range of exercises in a lying, sitting, standing positions, pulling the straps, and pushing the foot bar.
